The Context: The United States is a self-governing republic. It functions only when individuals take responsibility for the dignity, justice, and liberty of their own communities.
2. Mission F3 men will mobilize to master the skill of leadership via the Q Source (F3's Manual of Virtuous Leadership) to invigorate local communities and fulfill the promise of a "more perfect union" set forth by the Founding Fathers.
3. Execution Intent: To transform "bystanders" into "virtuous leaders." We treat leadership not as an innate trait, but as a technical skill—like a musical instrument—that requires relentless practice to be developed.
