If you showed up hoping for a recovery week - you left disappointed. Oswald brought the pain as we visited his midtown roots. What We Did - - Run Down Park for warm ups at St Pats lower lot. - Continue down Romney, thru hospital to greenway, then across Kings to Torrance street. - All the way up Torrence St. with burpees stops at each cross street. - Hit a CPCC parking deck - up the stairs to top, then across top and back down other steps and over to start. 2 trips. - Down 4th to Kings and thru CPCC to Elizabeth Ave. 2 trips up with motions at cross walks. - Time was running short, so headed back to Latta thru Pearl St Park, up Berkley and down Carlton to Latta and ended up at grinder. Moleskin - - A lot of ground covered by 14 pax. Just about 4.75 miles. - Oswald lead a diverse group of Latta regulars and non-regular's that included - T-Bag, MMOB, Barry or Dingle Barry (FNG), Dos Equis (Kotter), Rube, Sheep, Moby Dick, Skyline, Cream Cheese, Brooks, Sauté, Curly, Skyline & Scrooge. - Our new FNG - Larken who went school in Ohio and played baseball. He had a list of nicknames before we left St Pats. Not sure if it’s Dingle Barry or just Barry. - The Pax were standing at the corner of Elizabeth and Charlottetown at 7:45. We hustled to get back in time. - It was a Khardashian free workout. - Prayers for Diego and family. - Hard to believe next weekend is Labor Day. But Latta will be hosting the Labor Day Convergence. It will be lead by Khloe. Have a great weekend.
