A quick warmup and a trip down the light rail turns into burpee ladders, stair climbs, and sprint challenges. Pick a workout, PAX chooses the rep count to beat while you sprint to the stop sign and back. Miss and it's burpees for you. Make it and the PAX hits the concrete.
