We started in the parking lot with a warm up (yours truly arrived right at 6).
From there we did some work with coupons, and then lots of core (including a study of how to make flutters more difficult). We then did some running, then went to the park for the Beethoven circle of pain.
We went near Harris teeter for a plank relay up the hill and closed out with some flutters.
